Business Policy for
I Am My Kidís Teacher (www.iammykidsteacher.com)

I Am My Kidís Teacher will strive to serve parents who need encouragement and aid in meeting their childrenís individual learning needs. Product selection will be offered by determining whether the product was of value to us (or would have been) in our meeting our childrenís needs. Business practices will be determined by testing each decision with "Is this how I want to be treated?"

Orders will be served in the quickest manner possible and will be treated as though each were our own. Internet orders will be processed and sent out as soon as possible upon receipt. If the order is not sent within a week (date of order plus 7) a card will be sent notifying the customer of the fact and the estimated time of processing and arrival. Customer may choose that full refund be given if customer wishes to cancel the order for lack of promptness.

Full refund through manner of payment will be made upon return of merchandise sent. Customer is responsible for return postage on orders processed correctly on our end, but entire amount of the original order (including shipping of the order to the customer) will be refunded. Customer may request an exchange, which manner of resolution we welcome.
